Soon: yoga at white beach villas!

From september 2024 you can join yoga and meditation classes at White Beach Villas! We are creating a beautiful place of peace and connection to practice yoga under the guidance of a professional yoga teacher. The classes will vary from the more active (vinyasa/flow) classes to calming practices such as yin, breath-work and mindfulness. Practicing yoga can become a part of your lifestyle!

We will be providing different styles of classes to help you find your preferred practice, which is not only beneficial to your health but most of all a joy to be practicing. It will be a space in which to connect with other people living in/near or visiting Sam Roi Yot.
